- 1 Collect your reception token at the secondary reception lobby.
- 2 Register case at receipt desk (New Consultation / Follow-up review).
- 3 Initial automated Auto-Refraction / NCT Screening (Room No. 001).
- 4 Physical visual acuity testing (Vision Assessment Rooms 1, 2 or 3).
- 5 Comprehensive Doctor Slit Lamp clinical diagnosis inside specialized chambers.
- 6 Collect generated ophthalmic lens prescription and treatment records.
General OPD (Free)
Welfare & CardsFully community-subsidized care programs for registered YSR Health Card, Aarogyasri, or verified BPL card holders.
Processing Steps
- 1 Collect community diagnostic token from primary main entry gate.
- 2 Submit Aarogyasri/YSR or BPL documentation to Verification Desks.
- 3 Ophthalmic diagnostic checkups (Assigned Room No. 8).
- 4 Clinical vision assessment test inside Community Health Unit.
- 5 Physician consultation and slit lamp checks (Room No. 10).
- 6 Retrieve complete prescriptions with free spectacles dispatch guidance if eligible.
